Since I'm late, I'll just complete Fuchikoma's posts.
Eiji- main character, uninteresting
Nanoha- ninja character... her 2p costume is a school uniform. She has big bouncy tits.
Shiifoa [I don't know chinese, but I would say Shi Fa)- chinese "big sister" type from the future, with big bouncy tits. Disgusting.
Drake- morphing pervert vampire. So weak he's useless.
Guate- Aztec grappler?
Rina and Mina- 2 girls fighting at once... switch by pressing 4 buttons together
Hanuman- long hands and feet looks like a monkey.
Geiru (Gell?)- bald boxer
There is room for 5 more characters.
You'll laugh when I'll tell you the systems :
Impact Defense- seems similar to MOTW Just Defend... I think. = blocking. Not similar, =.
There's EX moves, the throws are done like in SF3 and theDramatic Strike are the Super Arts.
Air Drive- moves that knocks opponent up and makes them float... sets up air combos. It's a chűdan, easy combo, at least 30-50% of the gauge. Feels like dust attack + aerial rave.
Guard Counter = dead angle attack.
there's a "seasaw pressure gauge" if it's pushed more than 75% percent your way... you can't do Air Drives.
There's chain combos... some as simple as jab-jab-jab not "some" they are made by pressing the same button several times. It also has chain combo ŕ la Jusgaku.
The female characters are disgusting. It bounces everywhere, what they are aiming is so obvious it's nearly sad.
Haha... I'm not sure where you saw people liked it, but someone says : "I haven't played it, but from what 62 says, it looks like Justice Gakuen, so it might end up a good game". and 62 (who saw and played the game) answers : "certainly. The moves are not precise at all, the commands are crappy, the effects are poor, the polygon are poorly used, the rings are too small, the gap between characters is incredible, the time goes out too quickly, but at least you might like it (・∀・)."
The next beta is in 3 month. It can either become a good game like GGX did or continue its route to sloppyness like Force Five. The music and sound are crap. The game feels like it's done on a board several generations ago (well, it's done on Atomiswave...hahaha).
36 liked it a little, but only because he won and admits there"s a lot of work left. The two others won't touch the game again it seems.

This game sounds really cool. The characters seem nothing too new or original, except for those 2 girls (doesn't sound like Chang/Choi in CVS2 at all, since you can actually switch), I kinda like the concept of 2 fighters as one player, with the switching option and all, I wonder how the lifebar will be for that pair of characters.
Well, anyway, it can be everything it want, but it's the gameplay that counts, so let's wait and see!
Damn you Microsoft because of you I can calculate faster than my computer!

Well (barely), judging from the right side of the first and only good pic alone, this looks to me as The Rumblefish 2, the sequel that has everything you could want out of that game, from the 2d/3d mix to eXXXtreme chest murmur ( that's how the Japs say it; not the first word, that's my take).BTW if you're around cafeh2, can I kindly ask you a question. About your av, what hentai anime did you get your av from (I assume it's hentai by the murmur alone, ain't I right) ? I'll see you all later.
