It's a small difference, but as you know, the URL button acts a bit differently from before. So just a quick questionnere-

Which setting do you want on the URL Tab/Button?
The new setting seems good.
I want the old setting back.

edit: I reset the poll to take out the "Want to use it a bit more before conclusion" option. Just click on your vote after you've played around enough with it instead.

In example,

Highlighting and pressing the button on http://www.google.com/

previously would've turned out like this
[ url=http://www.google.com/ ] Link Here [ /url ]

But now, it turns out like this
[ url=Link_Here ] http://www.google.com/ [ /url ]

Looks weird, but there's a logical explanation. I made the change since most people would have their URLs copied onto clipboard rather then have them typed out by hand. So with the new change, you can write out your whole post/sentences first, and then just paste in the URL.

In example:

Hey guys, check this site out maaan!! It's totally rad, they've got links to all sorts of doujin scans!!!!________________Highlight and click on the part you want to link, which will make it

Hey guys, check [ url=Link_Here ]this site[ /url ] out maaan!! It's totally rad, they've got links to all sorts of doujin scans!!!!

And you can just paste the URL into the "Link_Here" part.

..... I'll turn it back to the old way if it seems too confusing (And I'm already seeing that people haven't figured out how to use it). But let's see what everyone thinks first.

It's just a matter of getting used to it.
Personally, I like it.

It seems somewhat odd to me, I can't seem to get used to it over the old method.

Iggy should get the weightiest in the matter, though, since he uses this function more often than anybody.

Meh. Why fix what isn't broken?

I prefer it that way (the new one), since it's how it works on IC and my tiny brain would have a hard time dealing with two different concepts.

The Url button doesn't work for me, and it didn't work on ign/gamespy just before they went down either. Some of the other buttons like the poll and the emoticons work though.

well that's the first time it did something since late on ign gamespy

edit: I tried the button again, now the button's not doing anything again. I suppose it's possible that the fire wall here is having hickups or something.
