wow snow sucks. ice sucks even worse. took me 20-30 minutes to get off a damn overpass. i should've exited earlier and drove through the neighborhoods instead. the people in front of me were spinning out and shit. i couldn't help but laugh and wish i had a digital camera, even though i spun out a couple of minutes later

There was a blizzard here years ago, I couldn't have been older than 7 or 8 when it hit. We were trying to clear a path for our shitty car to get out of our driveway if we had to. Long story short, I ended up getting hit in the forehead with a spade shovel, cracked my skull and was bleeding badly, and had no way of getting to the hospital.
After a lot of phonecalls, we did get a neighbor to take us. Many stitches later, I was okay. But now you know why I love winter and snow so much!

uh
i forgot what i was trying to accomplish by creating this thread. it might've been the result of me being scared as hell that i was trapped, dozens of feet in the air, in my small, outdated car, a few minutes prior to posting it. or the sheer fact that Houston = Hell, and the presence of that thick, white shit all over my lawn means that Houston has frozen over
do you know what i'm getting at here

There was a famous blizzard here in '98. No electricity for the most part of the province for more than 4 weeks, this kinda shit. I wasn't there yet, but my girlfriend (fiancee now, actually...) told me that she had to go to the U.S. and when she got to her car, it was so covered with ice that she had to use a hammer to get it off (like 2 inches of ice). Then when she drove, there were cars spinning everywhere and all sorts of accidents all over the place. Must have been weird.
