On the 24/25 december Akihiko Yoshida, FF12 director was food poisoned. this may explain some lack of info on FF12. Still, at the 28th no detail about a recovery was avalaible...

Well, I feel sorry for him, but there's an entire team working in the game, that shouldn't be an excuse for MORE delays.

Was he poisoned on purpose or was it just another case of spoiled food accidental ingestion ?

Was he poisoned on purpose or was it just another case of spoiled food accidental ingestion ?
Maybe he eat poisoned food on purpose, just to take a break from the game.
Seriously, I really doubt he was poisoned on purpose, unless he got dinner with the Russian Secret Services... :)

It's a miracle they've come so far as a people.

Normally when someone famous gets sick or injured or something, I don't bother saying anything, but in this case, I really love this guy, so I hope he gets better soon (if he isn't already).

Yes I thought Matsuno was the director, as well. Anybody know for sure? Although I wasn't really caring one way or the other about FF 12, never good to hear somebody got sick.

Dude, unless you eat sushi that's been sitting on your dashboard for a day or two, then it's not going to hurt you. Or you order the blowfish from some guy with a fake license.
As for the FF12 director, hope he gets better soon. I don't think this'll turn into anything serious, but he definitely won't be feeling well.

Yeah, Matsuno is the producer and director. I think Yoshida, aside from the main artist, bay be also the art director, but that's all.
