Not a patch, but a page of translations for what occurs in the cinema sequences. Includes images of the scenes so that you know where in the video they're referring.
This might be of more use, though, to those folks who actually have played game -- but it's still cool to read through the intro sequence. Hit Translations > Main Story.

Nice. I always wondered what they were saying in that intro. One of the best intros ever.
