You have two specials of your one - one that would get you up for more airtime (when the SPECIAL word glows red, press it; limited to three), and one that will spike you down (when the SPECIAL word goes blue; regenerates). All of the other girls have specials as well; unlocking them will help you greatly.

Apparently the green girl's special comes up when you hit either the yellow, blue, or red girls. You lose it when you hit the ground.
The purple one's a bitch, but there seems to be a special for her as well.

The purple girl's special is awesome. It says "Teleport", then "Death Parachute ver. Nanaca" (I think?) and you go flying forward just above everyone's heads for awhile, finishing up with a flying jump straight into the air. Whenever you hit anyone (or maybe just the ones that make you go faster/higher) the meganekko special lights up; land right on her and click then you get the most ridiculously powerful special possible. I sailed for 5000+ by hitting that special at a high velocity and keeping it going with air combos.

I think the highest I've bounced was 800m. I got it when I hit the blocking girl -> "vs" special (astro bounce type "d") -> downward crash -> up angle guy >_>
The bounce type "B" stores up kinetic energy in the human bounce ball. When you make contact with the glasses girl, mash the mouse button to break him free.
