The art is good, and looks familiar, if anybody can identify the artist please tell.

There are many pictures there that are like those if not those found in the IGN screenie section, so I don't know how much or what is being redone.
FYI: Rasetsu original was released 2001, so it may look rather ugly by today's standards. Hell, some of the in-game shots don't look pretty by my win95/DOS standards. I hope it doesn't play like Shattered Galaxy, as much as some like that.
PS: After watching the demo video, the game is ugly like Shattered Galaxy ugly in-game. That's pretty damn ugly. It honestly does all the rest of the game's still art a huge disservice with its ugliness.
