Round 2 results:
Group A Vega / Bison (SF2) VS Rugal (KOF95/CVS2) I-No (GGXX)VS Gouki/Akuma (SSF2T, Mecha MVC)
Group B: Geese Howard (Fatal Fury) VS Aoko Aozaki (Melty Blood: ReAct) Amakusa (SS1) VS Dizzy (GGX)
Group C: Jedah (Vampire Savior) VS Goenitz (KOF96) Hyo Imawano (Justice Gakuen/Rival Schools)VS Gill (SF3)
Group D: Rashoujin Mizuki (SS2) VS Miss X (Gal Fighter) Orochi (KOF97) VS Heihachi Mishima (Tekken)
Comments: As the poll of Akamusa vs Dizzy was tied when the polls were closed, a decision was made to move both of them forward instead of a tie-breaker. Hence they will both be facing Geese Howard for the winner of Group B in the third round of votes.
There were many surprising upsets when the polls ended for this round. Rugal beat the top seed and the favourite to win Vega/Bison to advance, I-no won over Gouki/Akuma and Hyo eliminated Gill to proceed into the next round. Things are definitely getting more unpredictable in this tourney.

Since I'm currently in a T5 high, I'm hoping that Mr. Mishima goes all the way. T5 proved just how bad@$$ that man is.

How did Hyo even make it here? I can't stand his design, I wasn't even aware that anyone liked him until now.

Heresy! And on this (apparently) Justice-heavy board, I'm not too surprised. The Detestable Madness is just fantastic, with his sneering voice and insane katana action. They more than make up for the epaulets.
