I have tried everything, even reset the audio driver in BIOS but still no sound. Any ideas?

Other than checking your wires, your speakers might be dead. Did you try substituting headphones in the jack or another set of speakers or something? Other than speaker problems, only other thing I can guess is that your sound card might have died? Who knows.

I might of possibly put headphones in the jack, but can that kill a sound card?

Not that I know of, but if you're worried and want to play it safe, just borrow someone else's speakers or something and try those.
