It's a collaboration between 河野一二三 (Kawano.... something. Scenarist of Tekki I think ? He works for Nude Maker now) and Clover Studio. Remember : Nude Studio is a crossover company between Capcom/Clover, Grasshopper Manufacture, and... Spoiler (Highlight to view) - Elf
End of Spoiler Mikami will be the director (I think he talked about it after BH4 ?). They won't say anything else, beside the assurance they don't want to wait until Ôkami is finished to work on the next project.
Eeeeeh.

Rememebr Nude isn't a totally new compagny. They already did at least Clock Tower 1&2.
