What could this mean? Well, Microsoft could sue the maker of that PC program (I forget the name) that allows Xboxes to play online without X-box Live, using the same argument. Could Nintendo also sue the makers of a similar program, saying that certain games (Mario Kart) were never intended for play online? But then again, none of these really involves reverse engineering the console itself. Still, you can play pirated/modded games online using these PC progams.
