I remember some people were interested in this. No, it's not out yet... it's been constantly pushed back, but now there are pictures of the final product at pinky-street.com. New release date is Sept. 30th.

Is it everywhere in the world or only in Japan ?
Both Amazon Japan and HLJ ship internationally. Most of my artbooks/CDs/R2 DVDs come from Amazon, and a good amount of the figures come from HLJ. I know that Amazon Japan ships to other countries not Japan/U.S., but you would have to check for the case of HLJ.
Another alternative is Animaxis, but since I seldom (actually pretty much never, except for the yearly Chocola artbooks) I don't know if they ship outside the U.S.
