SD4 is on an unspecified console. Will they call 4 "World of Mana" outside Japan, or is it yet another game ?
For one Square has indicated that SD would be multiplatform. And secondly, while I think it would be called World of Mana, SE has said previously that World of Mana would not be one title but a series of titles.

Well I'm pretty sure about the Gamecube for many reasons...
- 1st: Naruto random foolishness. Mana isn't a serie for money like FF or KH, it's more a fan game with a limited audience. So the game cube fit right for that. And most of the mana games where made for Nintendo console, ledgend of mana is the only one for Ps1, and he's some kind of stand alone. especialy if the next one is called Seiken 4.
- 2nd credible facts. when square lanched the FFCC project it was a canceled Mana project, that they've used for their basis. that's why FFCC is an action rpg and not turn based. that why you have little trees every where... But when the've done the game the creator of the Mana series, didn't agree with the FF and Mana mix they did, they they've changed the name of the tree (no more mana trees...) and changed some skins and stuff like that.
Finaly of the scan the graphisms look so close to FFCC, and even the characters designe seems to be the same. (Damn!! I wanted Kameoka...) that's why I thinking about a GC port.

Isn't Legend of Mana on PSX Seiken Densetsu IV?

NO Ledgend of Mana was a spin off... just a mana game with no clear link to the serie. Still a marvelous game anyway...
