It's a game that could have been good but isn't. The fighting engine is decent enough and there's a lot of character customization... and that's about it. The camera is horrible, the loading times is silly, and the visuals are like first gen PS2 with shimmies and jaggies. If they had just put more effort into it it could have been great, but Capcom set the date and so we have yet another half assed game.

If you really want to play a beat em up right now try MK: Shaolin Monks or just get the Capcom Classics Collection and play Final Fight.
If you are like certain eye-patched-grand-line-sailing poster, then poop on a cd you could be using for penguin porn.
