In case you don't know, this be a FPS announced by Gravity (RO, now making RO 2) a while ago. It uses the Unreal engine, same as RO2, and the characters are, indeed, paper...

Similar lines, I was thinking this would be the violent, grown-up version of Paperboy who shoots people and steals their cars to finish his route.
I better shut up before somebody thinks this is a good idea.

This looks like a cross between Thirteen (XIII) and Counter-Strike. Given how popular game cafes are in the East, this might be a sleeper hit over there.
