The arch on Ash's painted on eyebrows is a nice touch but he used too much base and covered up his freckles. It's not surprising that an overly sexualized female character like Mai didn't make the cut this year since at this point having women in KoF almost seems redundant.

redundant? more like irrelevant. None of the men in KOF are interested in the female fighters. KOF officially became a Yaoi fighter in 2003.
I want some Ryu/Kyo, Iori/Akuma and Ken/Terry action now!
