Any of you guys into this? I'm trying to learn a little more about .cdg files and how to edit vocals out of songs. Any info' appreciated.

Normally I have VCD karaoke disc. And those are .dat files which can easily be converted to mpeg/avi/mp4 files without the vocals. I have never heard of .cdg files until now. Where did you get these from? Laserdisc? Have you tried to change the output of the vocals? Normally the vocals come out of the right speaker.
