From the description it looks like you know those teaser movies that Watanabe likes to make. No actual fighting game is in the movie.

"Glove On Fight" was pretty fun, even though I had trouble with the game initially. Oh. I wouldn't mind playing this new game actually.

It's just another flash movie from harukazetei, no plans to become a game, nothing to do with french bread.
Though, Glove on Fight and Ragnarok Battle Offline all started off as "fun" movies by harukazetei too, and neither of them were supposed to become real games.
The author also mentioned that the entire movie was captured from an actual "game" in action, that is, he put all the frames and stuff into the engine and captured it straight from the game that's running. But none of the battle system or mechanics are working.
