Castlevania had meat after vampire killer, thats probably the earliest I can think of.
One time my friend was playing Tekken and got knocked down to 10% help and then had a come-back and beat his opponent which usually makes the announcer go "great!" but instead it glitched and said CHICKEN from Tekken Force mode. We use it to say "awesome" now.

That's not a glitch. Whenever someone wins by playing too defensively, the announcer calls chicken.

...no way. Really?? I wasn't there so I can't confirm and lent Tekken 3 to a friend years ago and haven't seen it since. Funny thing was, this was the computer calling its own guy chicken if so.
