When was the last time Sony had a hot, must-buy product? The days of the Walkman and the initial burst of the Playstation are all in the past. The Sony of today seems to be stuck with fiddling around with next-gen DVD formats and the albatross that is the PS3. Planning for what consumers will want tomorrow is fine but Sony appears to have forgotten to plan for what people want to buy today.
Hmm, in addition to the Sony/Nintendo article there are stories about whether or not videogames can be counted as a unique addiction and the stink about Manhunt 2. Who needs videogame sites, I can just scan the headlines at Reuters!
