I don't think the forum supports whatever coding that is (embedded video?) A direct Link to YouTube would be better.
Overall the game's kinda adorable looking, I don't believe for a second this is a "World Martial Arts Tournament" but more like a "hey guys why don't we all get together on Saturday, put on our kung fu gear and a make a videogame about it!" which is actually a lot cooler... almost like a handycam video a kid would make, it's not gonna pass off as a 'real movie' but it still shows effort and fun.
I'll let someone else critic the gameplay photoage since I'm not one of them "High Level" players... but have you considered taking pictures and making your own backgrounds? Cartoon KoF Backgrounds DO NOT mesh with your real-life sprites. Why not the karate classroom you guys got your costumes from or a park? a school hallway maybe?... if you're dead set on the whole "world tourney" thing at least use MK or SF:the Movie or (Jaugar digitized game I forgot the name of) backgrounds so they mesh.

The amount of effort put into this is impressive, but one thing it's lacking is a distinctness in the characters. Since you're using all real-life people in normal clothes, the cast comes across as incredibly bland. Also, there's little to nothing in their animations that indicates any kind of personality.
I realize you're going for something a bit more realistic, but it may be better to have the "actors" adopt a sort of "persona", so that the cast/game can be compelling to people outside of your group.

I dunno, they're all kids, so what kind of persona could that be? halloween costumes maybe?

Thanx for the comments.
1. the fighters are students most of them are youths and teens the adults are not programed yet.
2. I will give them a persona soon. this is a demo.
3. the graphics will be a lot better. I like the kof-ish approach.

Like Rival Schools, have them wear different school uniforms to show their alignment (I'm sure you can find at least 6 or 7 different styles at a costume or uniform shop.) and/or adapt the look of a social niche (like goth, prepy, emo, nerd, etc)... that way the actors could double/tripple up on characters too by wearing mulitple costumes.
