I didn't see anything else online... but really I'm not good at finding this kind of stuff.
Considering the lack of information we had about Street Fighter IV for weeks, making a nice artwork just to fool us is quite mean from Capcom... Although it would be forgivable if in the end this character does exist in SFIV, but actually has a different name and a different storyline.
quote: Most likely not, indeed. It's a pity, though; that is quite nice for a fake artwork.
That Sakura looks like butt, but that Shen Long actually looks cool! I don't understand, why is all the official art terrible looking painted over cg while the April Fool's day joke actually gets a real drawing by Ikeno?

Really? I liked her. I liked Gouken (or Sheng Long, I don't know) too, though.
But the Sakura artwork looks more similar to the official SFIV artworks than Gouken's does.
I can be any person in the world... maybe I'm this person right in front of you... maybe I'm not.

Thanks a lot for all those links, people. I'm really amazed by some of them.
Completely second the professor's statement. So simple yet so effective.
Wow! They're really working hard on this games marketing, aren't they?
Really original promo.
I'd say, that's alot of money for licenses to spend for an April Fools joke... Even if the costume is "legit"

Oh my god, that Sakura looks hideous! I kind of wanted to see her on SFIV, but this is just gross... no wonder it's a joke.
But somehow, I suspect Shen Long/Gouken will end up being "something more" than a mere April Fool's trick. And I wouldn't mind it at all.
