A new 50-character roster image of unknown origin is making its round on the Internet, with eager fans speculating on its legitimacy.
The image seems to reflect most of what has been reported from the potential leaks thus far-- Brazilian girl in a yellow costume, last boss looks out of this world, hooded man in the official invitation team looks to be a member of the antagonists from the KOF13 saga.
On the other hand, it has been noted that the new character Alice is a CG render, some illustrations seem to be inconsistant, and the backdrop is recycled from KOF13.

From possibilities that this image might be a part of a presentation document from the project in its early stages, fans are eagerly waiting for additional updates by SNKPlaymore that can confirm or deny its validity.
JohnXuandou, who has been contributing to the text based leaks on KOFXIV thus far, comments that
everything about the image checks out, and additionally states that he is not responsible for the image's leak. Additionally, he has posted an image of what seems to be the silhouette of
Alice.

Prisoner team - Chang, Choi, New leader character wearing a windbreaker on top of his orange prisoner clothing
Mexico team - Ramon, Angel, Tizoc wearing a dinosaur costume and gone heel
Main hero team - Tung Fue Rue, Youth who was grown up by Tung and possesses the devil's power, a child with a pillow
Official invite team - Chinese girl with Sichuan Opera mask, idol singer girl, a hooded man related to the antagonists in the KOF13 ending
South America team - Brazilian Ninja, Cyborg Boxer, slightly tanned girl with a Toucan
Another world team - Nakoruru, Love Heart, Mui Mui
Mid boss: Millionaire Russian tournament organizer named Antonov (half-naked like Geese and Krauser)
Last boss: Non-human being with the ability to move through time, space and dimensions and pull out fighters from whereever he wants
