SNK has certainly been agressive after their corporate name change and their latest movement comes as another surprise for a company which business tactics previously seemed to be still lost in the 1990's. The company just launched their official store on Amazon Japan, appropriately naming it Neo Geo Land from their arcade chain.
SNK's store on Amazon Japan only carries fresh new copies of KOFXIV at the current time. While we're hoping to see more merchandise in the near future, the game is being offered at 4500 yen including shipment fees, which in Japan's market is pretty dirt cheap. At 42% off retail, SNK's price is totally dwarving over competitors at even their used market prices. The sale ends Feb 28.
