As noted likewise in the previous article, the DreamCast KOF99 (arcade equalvalent to KOF98) includes an art gallery in which images of upcoming characters from the Arcade version of KOF99 are present. 
 
Shots and illustrations from the gallery on all the new characters from the game are now revealed.

With the additional three character images, all the new characters from KOF99 are now Revealed. 
 
The female with the whip can be identified as Whip -the new member of the Ikari team.
 
The bulky looking man with ironpad shoulders can be identified as Makishima- the substitute character for Goro Daimon.
 
The New Character with the leather costume, is probable to be K' (Kuniharu Nikaido), which also means that the previously released long haired character, is Jon (Fon?) -the new member of Kim's team.
