PAX East is taking place this week in Boston Massachusetts, and SNK certainly had a bag of announcements saved up for the event. One of them was the unveiling of KOFXIV Ver3.0's fourth and last DLC character, which confirmed guesses made by general fans to be Blue Mary.
While Blue Mary has been voiced by long-time SNK VA veteran Harumi Ikoma since Fatal Fury 3, that will be changing in KOFXIV.
According to SNK's press release via 4Gamer, the character will be reprised by Bridcutt Sarah Emi, a voice actoress best known for her roles in DMM's popular social media game Kantai Collection (Suzuya, Kumano, Yubari, Hatukaze, Maikaze).
As Emi's name may suggest, the age 29 voice actoress is half blood, coming from an Australian father and Japanese mother.
Together with the trailer, the official PlayStation blog has some additional details and also reveals that the Ver3.0 patch and DLC characters will become available on April 12. No pricings has been disclosed for the DLC characters. The new stage will be added in the game for free with the update.
