Here's a generally accepted tier ranking graph for Guilty Gear XX. [ GGXX Diagram ] I won't redraw it with a translation since it's updated real time and it's bound to change a little in the future, so here's a general explanation of the graph.
Names on the left side of the graph correspond to how strong the character is against character names on the top, indicated by 1-9 (weak-strong). A strength/number underlined means that the strength value differs when seen from the other character's side. The two columns on the right indicate how strong the character is overall, and when that character's graph was last updated (ie: 1d5h would refer to 1 day, 5 hours ago).
Character names can be easily recognized with their colors, corresponding as follows.
