(VideoGame Chosun) According to Korean Gaming site VideoGame Chosun's article from 9/14, Eolith has announced to reveal their contract for " The King Of Fighters 2002" in SNK's headquarters, Japan- 9/14.

If the contract is signed, Eolith will be producing and developing KOF2002 domestically with their own technology, release aimed for next September. Marketing on Korean grounds will be done under Eolith, and marketing overseas (excluding Japan) will be more negociable between SNK as well. Eolith also aims to utilize "The King Of Fighters" in other medias, such as internet and portable hardware. More details on KOF2002 may become available in the end of the month, says VideoGame Chosun.

Also according to VideoGame Chosun, KOF2001 is currently being rushed in development, scheduled for release in November. KOF2001 is estimated to make 20 Billion Wong in sales, and KOF2002, 30 Billion Wong.
