Capcom's booth full of rotted creatures.

Capcom at the TGS

Everywhere in the Capcom booth: BioHazard, BioHazard, BioHazard.
The DC version (Veronica) was on display, N64's Bio2 was on display as well. The one surprizing title was BioHazard GunSurvivor, which was showcased with no prior warning. However, not a single machine of BioHazard 3 was on display, although movies were viewable at their Zombie Cinema.

The hidden game.

Information on BH3's mini-game "The Mercenaries", was revealed at their booth. The mini-game invloves controling one of the three mercenaries in the game (Carlos, Mikhal, Nicholai) to race through the city withing the time limit, going through extra areas and killing as many monsters as possible to earn points. <image>

If the target point is not reached within the time, the mercenary will die due to a bomb inplanted in their body by a "sponsor" <image>. On the other hand if they do make it, the player will be rewarded a weapon depending on the points earned, and can be used through the main game.

Jojo's venture PS ver has same select screen as arcade

Jojo's Venture for the Playstation and DC were present as well. While the DC version is a perfect compilation of version 1 and version2(which recently just spread through arcades), the PSX version is fairly original, based more for a single player.

The PSX version includes the story mode, allowing players to experience through the whole original manga's Part 3. However, when it came to the fighting game's graphics for the PSX version, the Stands looked single toned, almost to a degree enough to call them "clay", and the frames of animation were intensely cut. The stands are no longer half-transparent.

Onimusha, now for the PS2

Onimusha was not available for play, and for good reason: the project is being ported from Playstation to the Playstation 2. The scheduled release for the game is now the summer of the year 2000, and while the game was not developed enough for a public showing, an impressive image movie of what the game will look like, was shown. <image> <image>

On the side, Breath of Fire 4for the PSX and Kikaioh for the DreamCast was present.
